Virtual Fireside Chats

Virtual Fireside Chats provide you with insight on the student experience along with information, resources, and tips to help support your student's transition to life at Long Beach State. These monthly chats consist of live presentations with key campus partners followed by live Q&A sessions.  Past Virtual Fireside Chats include topics such as Financial Aid & Services, Academic Advising, the Dream Success Center, Health & Wellness, and more!

Registration information and announcements of upcoming chats are available through the Beach Family Portal. Each chat has a separate registration process. After registering for a specific chat, an email confirmation is sent to your listed email address that includes a Zoom link and password.
