Welcome to CSULB NSF ADVANCE
Welcome to CSULB’s NSF ADVANCE program, “Innovating Faculty Workloads through an Equity Lens (IFWEL)”. Our project supports the NSF’s overarching goal of facilitating organizational change to enhance gender equity for STEM faculty. At CSULB, a dedicated group of faculty members are working to empower departments and individuals to address systemic inequities in workload and provide greater clarity and transparency around faculty workload, expectations, and rewards.
