Mailing Information

Each Village has a Service Center Office and manages mail/packages, lockouts, and other related residential services during our operating hours of:  

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-10PM
  • Saturday, Sunday 10AM-10PM

Note: Hours of operations may vary during holidays and breaks.

Be sure that mail is addressed with the student’s name, building, and room number along with the correct address (set by village – see below).

Mail is logged using the name a student has on file with the university, to update your name to a preferred name students will need to submit a request with Student Records.
