Expert assesses Supreme Court mail-voting decision

Matt Lesenyie, an associate professor of political science at Cal State Long Beach, told the Long Beach Press-Telegram that the Supreme Court’s mail-voting decision is unlikely to immediately affect California’s November midterm elections.
