Information on COVID-19 vaccine rollout

Published February 2, 2021

Dear Campus Community:

Last month, you received emails about an upcoming COVID-19 vaccination program here on campus for students, faculty, and staff.

We have now received our initial limited delivery of vaccines and we will begin our vaccination program this week.

You will receive an email when you are eligible to receive the vaccine. You will be directed to click on "COVID Vaccine Appointment" that will have become available to you on the university's single sign-on screen. You will also receive an email when it is time to book an appointment for your second dose.

Your appointment confirmation emails will reference the vaccination site as Student Health Services, but the clinic is actually being offered in the Pyramid parking structure. More information is available on our vaccine information webpage.

Invitations to sign up for an appointment will be issued based on availability of doses and the prioritization plan posted online. This webpage also includes information on alternative ways to receive a vaccine.

Please also bear in mind that while our campus had anticipated receiving the Moderna vaccine, our initial delivery — and likely subsequent deliveries — will instead include the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Ongoing updates about the vaccine program as well as other information related to COVID-19 and plans to reunite our community can be found one our OneBeach website

Our committed campus team is working diligently to vaccinate our campus community as quickly as possible.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
