Learning and Development
The Division of Academic Affairs acknowledges that our campus community needs consistent training, learning, and professional development opportunities to meet the unique needs of our increasingly diverse campus community.
As such, CSULB offers ongoing trainings, workshops, and learning resources to empower our faculty, staff, and administrators to build culturally relevant and responsive practices and policies. We believe investing in our own learning and development is critical for staff and faculty members to gain the knowledge and skills that are necessary to be aware, effective, and culturally responsive.
- Faculty Center Resources - Faculty Center programs offer ongoing support and resources for all instructors who are interested in joining a community of peers to share ideas that inform our work.
