Constitutional expert discusses recent SCOTUS decisions

Jason Whitehead, an associate professor in the Department of Political Science and director of the Legal Studies Program at Cal State Long Beach, made two appearances on NBC 4 regarding separate U.S. Supreme Court decisions. The first was on Presidential power to fire at will a member of an independent governmental agency. The second was the history of birthright citizenship and what the likely decision would be from the U.S. Supreme Court.
