Dr. Andrew F. Cleek is the Deputy Executive Director of the NYU McSilver Institute and a Research Assistant Professor at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. At NYU, Dr. Cleek provides executive oversight for a comprehensive portfolio of technical assistance centers which support the entire New York State Mental Health and Substance Use workforce. A national leader in implementation science, Dr. Cleek specializes in the large-scale rollout of Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) focusing on the strategic translation of proven clinical interventions into sustainable, real-world community programs and navigating complex healthcare payment reform. Dr. Cleek holds a PsyD degree and an MA degree in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University, and a BA degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
