Our Communities

Living in Student Housing is an exciting opportunity that stretches far beyond the conveniences of living next to a campus shuttle stop. Once residents move in, our buildings spring to life as each resident's personality, lived experience, and passions come together to create the Student Housing community.

Our residential villages each have their own amenities and building styles that help create a dynamic, lively community. All rooms and buildings, regardless of price point or room type, come furnished and align with our expectations outlined in the Community Living Guide to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming living environment.

Being at The Beach will come with high tides and low tides; our staff and student leaders are here every step of the way to support your path through the Beach Journey. Our team provides this support through:

Residential Areas

Our Residential Villages are categorized into seven different areas, supervised by different professional staff members and Resident Assistant teams.
