Erin Booth-Caro is the Director of the Career Development Center at California State University, Long Beach. She has worked in career services for over fourteen years with a focus on career counseling, internship policy and procedures, and the integration of assessment and technology into student affairs. She received her Masters of Science in Counseling, Student Development in Higher Education from CSULB and her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Global Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara.
