From Musician to HR Leader

Ben Sieke leads a hybrid team of learning and development professionals supporting employee development and career mobility for Delta Dental’s diverse national workforce. Ben’s resumé includes experiences on the national and global learning and development organizations at Weight Watchers, Guitar Center, and MUFG Union Bank. He was also the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Talent Development from 2017-2019. Ben received his Bachelor of Music degree cum laude and studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School for Professional Psychology and became a certified Master Trainer in 2013. His passion for music has never abated and he continues to work professionally as a musician in his spare time.
