Head of Real Estate, Ocean State Job Lot

Jonathan Navallo has been laid off more times than some people have had jobs. From being laid off in his 20's, to being laid off in his 30's, he has weathered multiple storms, both literally and figuratively, while building a career that has included The Irvine Company, Walmart International, and the Walton Family, while working in industries such as investment banking, commercial real estate, and the highest net worth family in the world. While the companies and industries have changed, what hasn't is his focus on reading not only the external signals, but the internal ones in navigating his career. He received his undergraduate degree in Managerial Finance at CSULB in 2002, completed his MBA at the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2017, and is in the middle of pursuing his Masters in Urban Planning from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the USC. Currently, Jonathan is the Head of Real Estate for a retail company in the Northeast, and sits on the Board of SIPA, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of Filipino Americans.
