Academic Technology Services is offering the following faculty programs to support the integration of low-cost learning materials into their courses as part of the CSULB Affordable Learning Solutions (AL$) partnership.

Course Materials Integration Program

The AL$ Course Materials Integration Faculty Program provides resources and guidance to support the integration of low-cost learning materials into courses. In the program, Open Educational Resources (OERs), CSU Library Resources, and other open access content will be introduced.

Self-Paced Canvas Course 

In this course, faculty will discover Open Education Resource (OER’s), CSULB equitable access programs, the impact of zero- and low-cost materials on students, and basic copyright and creative commons licenses for open educational resources. Earn digital badges for completing course requirements. Open enrollment; request access at any time.
