Student Wellness Training

Student wellness trainings help you build the skills to support your own well-being and help others. These sessions introduce campus resources, reduce stigma around mental health, and help students feel confident connecting others to support.

One goal of the Beach WELL Mental Health Strategic Plan is to expand training opportunities that help our campus community support student well-being. By learning basic well-being strategies and referral tools, students become part of a stronger campus network of care that supports the success of our community of more than 40,000 students.
