If you are an official Representative, but unable to attend a general meeting:

  1. Ask a colleague to attend on your behalf as a designated alternate so we can meet quorum for business purposes.
  2. Voting is reserved only for those elected as official Representatives (or your designated alternate).
  3. Please notify Colleen.Ryan@csulb.edu before the meeting if an alternate will take your place.
