CSULB students turn AI into tool for healthier eating

Naveen Palanisamy, Amit Kumar and Riya Bhatia were featured on Spectrum News LA as the trio helped develop NourishU AI, an app that creates healthy recipes from available ingredients. Wade Martin, CSULB economics professor and director of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, has encouraged the students to leverage AI to create solutions that benefit society.
