Finance expert gives advice on credit card use

Frank McEnulty, a lecturer in the Department of Finance in the College of Business at Cal State Long Beach, provided the personal finance company, WalletHub, with information on second chance credit cards designed to help improve credit history. McEnulty suggested getting a secured credit card while keeping an eye on overspending and excessive fees to improve or repair credit history.
