Expert Explains Low Voter Turnout

Matt Lesenyie, assistant professor of political science, spoke with the Orange County Register about why there was low voter turnout in California. Dr. Lesenyie said part of the reason for the low turnout was the lack of a "blockbuster campaign" at the top of the ticket for the U.S. Senate.
