Grad Slam 2023
The annual Grad Slam Competition is designed to showcase and celebrate graduate students and their research and creative activities. Graduate students across all disciplines are encouraged to participate in the Grad Slam Competition. Submissions for the CSULB Grad Slam were accepted in the Spring Semester and the two first-place winners from the CSULB Grad Slam competition advanced to the CSU-Wide Grad Slam competition on May 5, 2023.

Student Research Competition 2023
The purpose of the Annual Student Research Competition is to showcase excellence in scholarly research, and highlight creative activity conducted by CSULB undergraduate and graduate students. The Student Research Competition features oral presentations to an audience of fellow students, university community members, and a jury of distinguished faculty in the Spring Semester and the the first-place winners in the nine categories advanced to the CSU-Wide Student Research Competition on April 28-29, 2023.
