Who Should Apply

Full-time Faculty at the Associate or Full Professor level or Administrator MPP (Level I, II, III) Staff members are encouraged to apply. Strongest candidates for the program are mid-career or senior level members of the university community who are motivated to broaden their leadership knowledge, skills, and dispositions.

Fellows must attend bi-weekly seminars on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

How to Apply:

  1. Obtain a letter of recommendation from a colleague or supervisor who can attest to your qualifications for the Leadership Fellows Program. Save it to your computer as lastname-firstname-letter and include the file type .doc or .pdf.
  2. Current curriculum vitae or resume. Save it to your computer as lastname-firstname-cvresume and include the file type .doc or.pdf.
  3. Complete the Essay Questionnaire. Save it to your computer as lastname-firstname-essay.doc as the file name.
  4. Complete the Leadership Fellows Program Application. 
  5. You will be asked to upload your letter of recommendation, CV/Resume and essay questionnaire to the application.
