Professor explains what to look for in a starter credit card

Laura Gonzalez, professor in the Department of Finance at Cal State Long Beach, shared fiscal guidance with the online personal finance company publication, WalletHub, about beginner or starter credit cards. Gonzalez said college is a good time to get a credit card and begin building credit as long as the holder has some financial literacy.
