Professor comments on secret CIA mission to Moscow

CSULB Russian history scholar Andrew Jenks told KCBS Radio that CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s secret Moscow visit may reflect growing concern that Russia’s war against Ukraine is widening. Jenks cited hybrid attacks on NATO countries, links with the Iran conflict and efforts to revive peace talks involving Trump, Putin and Zelensky.
