Expert in consumer affairs explains how credit card lending works

Zoe Engstrom, a lecturer in the Family and Consumer Sciences Department at Cal State Long Beach, interviewed with the online personal finance company publication, WalletHub, to provide insight to credit cards and the best way to choose the right one. Engstrom said sometimes a low APR card may not be the best choice especially if it comes with a steep yearly fee.
