Economics Expert discusses why building of new Homes has fallen short

Robert Kleinhenz, an economics faculty member and director of the Office of Economic Research, at Cal State Long Beach, appeared in the Orange County Register about the lack of building new homes in California. Dr. Kleinhenz discussed several factors that challenge builders of new homes.
