CSULB professor celebrates Cambodian chefs and their heritage

Leakhena Nou, a professor in the Department of Sociology at Cal State Long Beach, was interviewed by the Associated Press about Cambodian American chefs and how they are raising their culture's profile. Nou said the Cambodian diaspora is often seen by others too narrowly through the lens of victimhood, but that is not the only part of their identity or heritage.
