College Dean Explains the Odds of Winning the Lottery

Curtis Bennett, dean of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at Cal State Long Beach, spoke to CBS Los Angeles about the odds of winning the Powerball lottery jackpot. Dr. Bennett said winning was just a matter of luck and Southern California may have more winners just because there are more players.
