Political Science Expert Talks About LA County Sheriff's Election

Cal State Long Beach assistant professor in political science, Matt Lesenyie, spoke to Anthony Pignataro of the Long Beach Post about the chances for the incumbent sheriff of Los Angeles to be re-elected. Lesenyie indicated incumbent office holders are difficult to beat because of their name recognition and ability to “unofficially campaign” at official events.
