A major oil spill in Orange County caused local beaches to close, and put wildlife in danger.

Professors Christine Whitcraft, Ph.D., and Gwen Goodmanlowe, Ph.D., in the Marine Biology Program in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics spoke to reporters about the cleanup process and how the wetlands and ocean are affected.
