Could LA County Lose a Congressional Seat? A CSULB Professor Believes So

Census day is right around the corner. Mailers have already been mailed to residents.

Cal State Long Beach Professor in the Department of Political Science, Justin Levitt, who is heavily involved in the census, believes California could lose a congressional seat for the first time in history.
