Ceremony Schedules
STUDENT CHECK IN AND LINE UP: Check in for your Grad Pass at the graduate check-in area at GATE 4 with your student ID up to 90 minutes prior to your ceremony. Line up with your department for the processional into the seating area in front of Diamond Club.
Graduates will receive a maximum of twelve (12) guest tickets. Tickets are FREE.
Information and instructions on RSVP and ticketing process will be posted on the website, our Commencement Instagram, and emailed out to students closer to when the portal opens mid March and closes 4 weeks later in mid April. You will still be able to attend your ceremony & cross the stage but without your name and degree information displayed on the large screens.
Guest Ticket Terms & Conditions
Children: Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.
No re-entry: Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Re-entry is not permitted once your ticket has been scanned. Duplicate tickets will be denied entry.
Bag Policy: Clear bags (plastic or vinyl) with no obscured interior pockets are permitted and must not exceed 12.75" x 6.5" x 12.75". All other bags, purses, umbrellas, wagons and strollers must be left in your vehicle.
