Equity Scorecard Updates - Summer 2022

In September 2021, Student Affairs departments and units were provided equity audit results and feedback for improvement. After one academic year, each department submitted their progress through an equity scorecard.

2022 Equity Scorecard Aggregate Results

  1. Transforming: DEIA as strategic priorities are always recognized within the department. Consistent effort has been made to fully institutionalize practices and policies related to DEIA within the department.
  2. Developing: DEIA as strategic priorities are sometimes recognized within the department. Some effort has been made to sustain institutionalized practices and policies related to DEIA within the department.
  3. Emerging: DEIA as strategic priorities are seldom recognized within the department. Minimal effort has been made to sustain institutionalized practices and policies related to DEIA within the department.

Overall, the most successful areas of growth for our division over the last academic year occurred in Anti-Harassment, Bias, Discrimination Policies & Staff Development.

Programs and Services continue to be an area of strength for our division.
