Presidential Appearance Request

Thank you for your interest in having Long Beach State President Jane Close Conoley attend your event. Due to the large number of requests the Office of the President receives and the complexity of the President's calendar, we ask that you provide as much information about your event as possible. Please submit this form at least four weeks prior to the event. Online submission of this completed form is REQUIRED.
