COVID-19 Booster Requirement

Dear students,

As a follow up to President Conoley’s message on December 22, 2021, please review these important instructions for completing the COVID-19 booster requirement:

All students and non-represented staff who are coming to campus are required to have their COVID-19 booster shot by FEBRUARY 28, 2022 or six months after receiving their final dose of the original vaccination, whichever is later.

*The CDC now approves Pfizer booster shots as soon as 5 months after your last dose.

To find the nearest vaccine appointments available, visit the My Turn website. We will continue offering COVID-19 vaccines and boosters on campus beginning Wednesday, January 19.

Upload your proof of vaccination, including booster information, now via the Student Vaccine Certification form in SSO. Complete as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in your class schedule.
