A strategic planning process by and for our community
A broad cross-section of the CSULB community lent their voices to a series of conversations about the university's future. The BEACH 2030 planning process invited the university community—students, faculty, staff, community members—to share varied perspectives, aspirations, and dreams to help shape the future of CSULB. Over 3,600 people participated. Almost half of the participants were undergrads, while nearly 30 percent were staff and faculty.
