Open Enrollment 2024
Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and make changes to your health plans. The Open Enrollment period for your 2024 benefits begins Monday, October 9, 2023 and ends Friday, October 20, 2023. Elections made during the Open Enrollment period becomes effective January 1, 2024.
If you decide that you do not want to make any changes, your 2023 coverage will roll over to 2024, at the new plan rates. If you are unsure of your 2023 enrollments, you can view your coverage on the Benefit Confirmation Statement that will be provided by HR.
Medical
ASI will contribute the amounts listed below toward premiums for medical plans based on the coverage group you have selected:
- Employees Only - $983 monthly
- Employee + One – $1,890 monthly
- Employee + Family – $2,386 monthly
Premium costs in excess of these monthly contributions will be covered at the employee’s expense via payroll deduction.
Dental
ASI covers 100% of the premium cost for all full-time employees and dependents for dental insurance.
Vision
ASI covers 100% of the premium cost for employee’s vision coverage ($9.90 per month); coverage for dependents can be added at the employee’s expense. Premium costs for dependents covered in ASI’s vision plan are paid via payroll deduction.
