In a special video message for the Class of 2020, President Conoley shares insightful reflections and good wishes with new Beach graduates. 

Planning Work Continues 

CSULB plans to primarily offer remote instruction during fall semester 2020. Workgroups continue to examine many issues, including on how best to have those staff members now working remotely to resume working on-site once current “Safer at Home” orders are modified. 

Innovation Challenge Sparks Entrepreneurial Spirit 

PeriDeals, a student-designed app that connects users with deals on marked-down food at local markets, took the top honors at the 10th annual Sunstone Innovation Challenge on Monday. This year’s Challenge, held on Facebook Live, was the first with partner and sponsor Sunstone Management. The Challenge is a collaboration between CSULB’s Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and the Colleges of Business, Engineering, and the Arts.
