Student Affairs Publishes 2022 – 2023 DEIA Report
Student Affairs recently released the annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Report for the 2022 – 2023. This report includes efforts to advance DEIA initiatives throughout Student Affairs and individual contributions from over 15 departments and programs between May 2022 and April 2023.
Racial Equity Leadership Alliance
On March 3rd Student Affairs kicked off its partnership with the USC Race & Equity Center as an inaugural member of the Racial Equity Leadership Alliance by participating in the first eConvening. This eConvening was hosted by Dr. Shaun Harper who presented on: Navigating Political Resistance to Racial Equity.
Equity Scorecard Updates - Summer 2022
In September 2021, Student Affairs departments and units were provided equity audit results and feedback for improvement. After one academic year, each department submitted their progress through an equity scorecard.
