Parking and Access Services is committed to providing to faculty, staff, students and the community an array of high quality parking and access. These services include employee and student parking permits, parking arrangements for official guests, parking meters for visitors, group access permits for special events, and attendant parking for patrons during large events.
FY 2008-09 Student Parking Permit rate will be $123 per semester (new rate as of July 1, 2008)
A new option for student permits is the Academic Year Permit – available at our Parking Office in Lot 15 and at Brotman Hall Cashiers area for $246 and valid from Aug 23, 2008 to May 29, 2009. Only one permit valid for the Fall/Spring 08-09 and only one visit to the Parking Office!
The daily parking rate will change to $4 and parking meters will be $2 an hour as of July 1, 2008.
Starting January 1, 2008, a new citation bail schedule will be in effect.
Cash or Check at Brotman Hall Cashier's Window or Parking Cashiers Window in the main office located on Merriam Way next to
Parking Structure 1.

Due to circumstances that are beyond our control, our shipment of some parking permits has been delayed.

There will be no Beach Cruiser service after May 16 and during summer. Beach cruiser service will be back for Fall 2008.
The Visitor Information Center is a "drive-up" point of service located on State University Drive arriving from Bellflower Blvd.
Stop for directions, a campus map, or options for single day parking.
This service is provided from Parking Lot 18, behind the Student Health Center and Parking Lot 1 only.
Campus Connection starts on the first day of school. We have no shuttle service during the summer.

Exclusive to campus events is the availability of an electronic marquee on 7th Street for public announcements and non-commercial advertising of events.
