If you have received a citation, you will have 21 days to either pay the citation or contest the citation via the appeal process. After 21 calendar days, a late fee will be added to the initial citation amount.
Payments may be made in one of the following ways:
Quickly pay your citation online by credit card (2.75% convenience fee) or e-check (no fee) via the CSULB Online Parking Portal.
You may pay your citation by mailing the citation with a check or money order to:

Make checks or money orders payable to “CSULB.” Include a copy of your citation or list the citation number on your check or money order to ensure that your payment will be processed. Citation payments must be received in-hand by the 21st day. Postmark dates are not honored as receipt dates.
You may pay your citations in-person by visiting the Cashier’s Office on the 1st floor of Brotman Hall, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Cashier’s Office will accept cash, check, money order or debit card. Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted at the Cashier’s Office at this time.
