Greetings!

I feel that day 1 has been a great introduction. I was greeted by many friendly faculty members and I already feel a bond with the other undergraduates in the program. I was very happy to meet everyone and learn about their different interests. It is very evident how important it is to conduct scientific research through an interdisciplinary approach. I am excited to be a part of this research project and I feel confident that I will gain more skills in geospatial analysis. I am also happy that this project will give me experience in doing field research because I love the outdoors.
