Classlist

You can use the Classlist to see who else is enrolled in the course, check who is online, and send emails. You can also view a user's profile, read blogs (if available), and access shared locker files.

*Note: If you do not see the Classlist tool on your course navigation bar, it is likely because your instructor has disabled this tool.

Accessing the Classlist tool

Click the Classlist link on your course navbar.

Checking who's online

The classlist status online Online Status icon displays beside the names of other users who are currently online. This does not, however, neccessarily mean they are accessing that particular course.


Sending an email

Please see the Email Help Page for step-by step instructions on how to email through BeachBoard.


Viewing someone's profile, blog, or group enrollments

  • Click on a user's picture to view their profile, and then click "Go Back" at the top of the page to return to the Classlist.
  • Click on the Blog icon blog icon under Actions to view a user's BeachBoard blog.
  • Click on the Groups icon groups icon under Actions to view a user's group enrollments.
