Adding Course Participants to Classlist

Use the Add Participants area to add a new user to your course. We highly recommend that you do not add students to your course, only Teaching Assistants or Instructors. For a student to be added to your BeachBoard course, they must be officially enrolled through the university.

Access the Add Participants area

Select Add Participants on the top tool menu of the Classlist page.

Enroll an existing user

  1. Click Add an existing user from the Add Participants page.

  2. Search for the users you want to add.

  3. Select the check box beside the users you want to enroll.
  4. Select a Role from the drop down Select a Role menu.
  5. Click Enroll Selected Users.
