CSU, Long Beach participates in the CSU-Microsoft Campus Agreement. It is a program coordinated by Academic Technology Services. The license requires division, department or college technologists to install Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Office 2007 for Windows, on university-owned workstations. Contact your division, department or college technologist for assistance. |
| Ordering | Faculty, staff and students may purchase Office 2007 for Windows at the University Computer Store for personally owned computers used primarily for university business. |
Included in Office 2007 are Microsoft Office Groove 2007, which provides a rich and secure collaboration environment for teams to work together, regardless of location and with minimal IT support, and Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, which provides complete information management capabilities for any type of electronic content, helping information workers and project teams to deliver better results faster.
If the software you download from Software Depot is in the ISO format and your CD-burning software does not support ISO images, ATS recommends downloading the ISO Recorder.
The University's Volume Licensing Media and keys may NOT be used for Microsoft Office 2007 installations on personally owned computers used primarily for university business. For those installations, faculty and staff must purchase a media kit from the bookstore.
