Dr. Charles Slater Receives Professors around the World (PAW) Award

Dr. Charles Slater was recently honored with the Professors around the World (PAW) Award for his proposal on “Educational Exchange with Mexico Part II”, which will result in a partnership with two Mexican universities, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), and the Escuela Normal Estatal (ENE) in Ensenada. This partnership will allow for short-term study abroad opportunities, facilitate doctoral research, provide fieldwork assignments for masters and doctoral students, and promote research and faculty professional development between the three universities.
