Copyright and Fair Use

CSULB Library strictly enforces fair use and copyright rules for all materials. Since the purpose of course reserve material is to "supplement" and not "replace" course materials, a limit of 25 items per course is enforced by Reserve Services. Reserve Services monitors all materials placed on course reserves and may restrict access if fair use or copyright guidelines are violated.
