How to Create an Account & Join the Queue
Click the “Join the Queue” button on the right side of the Beach Central homepage and follow the directions.
Join the queue button for Beach Central on CSULB's Single Sign-On process and look for the "Join the Queue" button. In the new window, follow the directions to get you to the right Beach Central Employee.
Self-service iPads are available at Beach Central on the first floor of Brotman Hall. Staff will be available to assist students who would like to be added to a line.
Text “CSULB Beach Central” to 562.392.8841. We’ll text you back and guide through some questions to get you in the right queue.

Once you join the queue, it's as easy as 1| 2 | 3...
1. Roam Stress-Free
Get in line virtually. Click on the "Join the Queue" button to create an account and enter our queue system. Follow the instructions as directed.
2. Get Updates
You have the ability to set an appointment for now or in the future. Once you have followed the instructions, you can schedule a time that works best for you. No more waiting in physical lines in Brotman Hall! Once you have selected a time that works best, you will get text updates letting you know to get ready to meet with a specialist at one of our service windows or if you have a more complex issue or question, it will automatically set your appointment with one of our Beach Central counselors.
3. Get Service
Get your questions answered on your schedule. When your scheduled appointment is approaching, our queuing system will alert you with a text message and alert you when its time to approach our service windows or meet with a counselor.
Being a CSULB student just got a lot easier!
