*Updates to appointment policies:

Thank you for booking an appointment with the Graduate Studies Resource Center (GSRC). As you know, our campus is implementing changes and strategies to keep our students safe amid the widespread health concern. In accordance with these university-wide changes, our center is providing alternative methods for advising appointments.

Like other CSULB centers and facilities, the GSRC office will be open virtually until further notice. To ensure students’ health and safety, we are providing alternatives to our graduate advising and support. Below are the options for appointments:

 - Phone appointments

 - Zoom meetings: Zoom is a video conferencing tool for remote meetings, online courses, and webinars. Zoom can be used on desktop computers, mobile devices, and multimedia room systems. If you would like to meet through Zoom, please write "ZOOM" under the "Reason for Visit" box when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. For details on how to use Zoom, visit the following website: /academic-technology-services/instructional-design/zoom

When booking your appointment, please specify how you prefer to work with us (phone or Zoom) under the "Reason for Visit" box so that we can make the appropriate accommodations prior to our meeting.

Late arrival (more than five minutes) without advance notice may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Skipping appointments without canceling 24 hours in advance may result in restrictions on your ability to make reservations. Note that visitors are limited to two appointments per week.
