Academic Advising Center, (562) 985-4837, located in the Horn Center, room 103 - Provides information about General Education requirements, department majors, minors, certificates and policies. It also provides academic probation and disqualification intervention services, and assists students with academic appeals. In addition, the AAC provides a "home base" to all undeclared students.

Career Development Center, (562) 985-4151, located in BH-250 - Facilitates the employment process for students, alumni, and job recruiters and is a clearing house for information vital to career planning, internships, and job procurement.

Center for Community Engagement, (562) 985-7131, located in AS-147 - This office connects students and faculty with community organizations on service-learning projects, volunteer opportunities, and internships. They also recruit student interns for the Domestic Violence Court Resource Referral Program and JusticeCorps.

Center for International Education, (562) 985-4106 - Located in BH-201 - Assists international students with their academic, personal, and cultural growth and development. CIE promotes CSULB's financial, immigration, course registration, and English language requirements. It also provides guidance and information for U.S. students who are interested in studying at universities outside the United States.

College of Business Administration Advising Center, (562) 985-4514, located in CBA 101 - Undergraduate advising for business majors.

College of Engineering Recruitment and Retention Center (RRC), (562) 985-1800, located in ECS-115 - Advises prospective and freshmen Engineering students as well as current Engineering students on academic probation.

College of Health and Human Services Academic Advising and Resource Center, (562) 985-2691, located in HS&D-117 - This office offers information on student support services and provides undergraduate academic advising for both general education and major requirements to students in all of the CHHS disciplines.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), (562) 985-4001, located in BH-226 - Offers services in direct support of students.  One-to-one counseling; crisis intervention; a full range of interest, ability, and personality testing; and assistance with complex career and personal problems are provided to all CSULB students who request them.

Disabled Student Services, (562) 985-5401, located at BH-270 -  Provides programs, activities and services for use by all students, staff, and faculty with disabilities.  Services are offered to people with permanent or temporary disabilities. Also see Stephen Benson Program.

Educational Equity Services, (562) 985-5148, in LA1-119 - Services are directed toward assisting in the admission and retention of low-income and first generation college students. Programs also include CAMP, McNair Scholars, and Student Support Services.

Educational Opportunity Program, (562) 985-5637, located at LA1-119 - Identifies potential candidates, guides them through the admissions and financial aid process, and provides academic and personal support.

Financial Aid Office, (562) 985-4641, located in Brotman Hall, Room 101 - The Financial Aid office assists eligible students with a variety of financial sources including grants, scholarships, loans,work study opportunities, and information regarding financial aid probation.

G.L.O.B.E. - (562) 985-4546, located in AS-113 - The GLOBE Program offers an integrated program focused on global themes.

Graduation Green Light Project, (562) 985-8206, in the Horn Center, Room 103 - Provides information and support to delayed graduation applicants.

Isabel Patterson Child Development Center, (562) 985-5333, located on Atherton St. - Services enable student parents to attend classes at the University.  Children in good health, six months through 2nd grade are eligible.

Learning Alliance, (562) 985-7804, in LA4-202 - Provides a unique academic learning community comprised of students, faculty, and staff to help make the transition to college a positive one.

Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender Resource Center, (562) 985-4585, located in FO4-165 - Offers support, conducts outreach, and provides information to the campus community regarding lesbian, gay, and bisexual issues.

Liberal Studies, (562) 985-4228, located in AS-127 - Provides a cross disciplinary liberal arts program of study.

MESA Engineering Program, (562) 985-8014, located in ENG2-300 - Provides academic counseling services to historically under-represented students in the engineering discipline.

Multicultural Center, (562) 985-8150, located in FO3-3 - Serves as a vehicle for the expression of needs and concerns of CSULB's increasingly diverse campus community.

Prebaccalaureate Advising Support Services (PASS), (562) 985-7895, in AS-14 - Provides support and assistance to students in remedial/ developmental course placement.

President's Scholars Program, (562) 985-1951, located in LIB-301 - Provides a personalized service for exceptional students.

Psychology Peer Advising, (562) 985-5680, PSY-206 - Provides undergraduate advising for psychology majors.

Stephen Benson Program for Students with Learning Disabilities, (562) 985-4430, located in BH-270. The Stephen Benson Program for Students with Learning Disabilities (SBP) provides an integrated network of diagnostic, academic support, and counseling services to meet the needs of students found to be learning disabled.

STARS/SOAR, (562) 985-5515, located in FND-160 , SOAR administers the Student Orientation, Advising and Registration program.

Strategies for Academic Success, (562) 985-7847, Horn Center, room 103 - Assists students who are on academic probation in planning and following through on strategies which improve their academic standing at CSULB.

Student Access to Science and Mathematics/Jensen SAS Center, (562) 985-4266, in FO5-109 - Provides a unique academic experience for students who plan to major in the Natural Sciences or Mathematics.

Student-Athlete Services, (562) 985-4777, located at PE1-63 - The Center for Student-Athlete Services provides support services for student-athletes.

Student Health Services , (562) 985-4771, on State University Drive - Provides outpatient care for acute illness or injury. Basic medical service is provided for all enrolled students.

Student Life and Development, (562)985-4181, located in USU-206 - Provides information about campus clubs, organizations, and participation in student group activities.

Testing & Evaluation Services, (562) 985-4007, located in BH-216 - Provides information about admissions placement, testing programs and services to faculty, staff, and administrators regarding research design, questionnaire construction, and data analysis.

University College and Extension Services, (562) 985-5561, located in FND-104 - University College and Extension Services includes weekend enrichment programs, adjunct enrollment (also known as "Open University"), and summer and winter sessions.

University Honors, (562) 985-4706, located in LIB-213 - Provides small discussion classes and personalized advising and guidance for students with a college GPA of 3.2 or above who still need 21 units of General Education. Entering freshmen with SAT scores of 1,100 or above and a high school GPA of 3.3 are also eligible.

University Interfaith Center, (562) 985-4369, located in USU-103 - Offers pastoral care/spiritual support, education programs, worship services, and referral information.

University Library, (562) 985-8472 - Provides an information desk, listening and viewing facilities, reference services, microform materials and equipment, instruction programs, online search services, interlibrary loans, periodicals, and computer labs.

University Ombuds Services, (562) 985-5983, located in FND-140 - Provides a fair, equitable process for resolving campus issues informally.

Veteran's Services, (562) 985-5436, located at BH-226 - Coordinates all veterans' financial benefits including the initiation of federal and state benefits, maintenance of veterans' status with the Veteran's Administration, and continuation of benefits through enrollment certification.

Women's Resource Center, (562) 985-5466, located at LA3-105 - The Women's Resource Center provides support for women on campus, including assistance with both academic and personal concerns. It also provides a comfortable lounge where students can study, chat, or hold meetings.

Writer's Resource Lab, (562) 985-4329, located in LAB-212. The main goal of the Writer's Resource Lab is to assist CSULB students in developing as writers by providing personalized writing tutorial services.  The lab's services are available to any currently enrolled CSULB students.
