Student Organization/Club

  • The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is a vibrant student organization dedicated to supporting aspiring speech-language pathologists and audiologists. Our local chapter provides a dynamic platform for students interested in the fields of speech-language pathology and audiology to connect, learn, and grow together. Through networking opportunities, professional development events, community outreach projects, and social activities, we foster a supportive community where members can gain valuable experience, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Join us as we embark on this exciting journey towards advancing communication sciences and disorders! Please check out their webpage.
  • Stuttering: People, Experiences, Awareness, and Knowledge (S.P.E.A.K.) is a newly established student club at The Beach. S.P.E.A.K. seeks to create an open and safe space for people who stutter and fluent allies to share their experiences with stuttering. Both CSULB students and community partners who stutter and fluent allies are welcome to join. Please check out their webpage.
