Project/Project is a collaborative program with the University Art Museum and the YMCA Youth Institute’s Change Agent Productions that features student-made short films addressing issues in contemporary culture. Project/Project is a high school based outreach program that uses video and digital technology as the creative medium. The students use the format of Public Service Announcements (PSA) to address issues such as, the environment, censorship and other social topics from a personal perspective with the aim of creating positive change in our community.
The current series shown here addresses issues of censorship and was developed in conjunction with the Carpenter Performing Arts Center’s Banned, Blacklisted & Boycotted: Censorship and the Response to It (The B-Word Project) www.bwordproject.org. Click on the titles to view videos.
